Declan O'Driscoll regularly reviews fiction (mostly in translation) for The Irish Times. He had also written for The Dublin Review of Books, Music and Literature and the TLS. Before writing about books he regularly wrote about avant-garde jazz for a number of publications, including Avant, Rubberneck, Cadence and The Irish Times.
